I don’t even know where to begin. Some friends recommended Captain Coconuts to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This place is a magical oasis with such a calming, grounding energy. A space where you can truly breathe, recharge, and feel at home. I loved it so much that I kept extending my stay and ended up staying for months. The team here has become like a second family. Every single day I saw them go out of their way to help guests with any requests, questions, or recommendations. It became almost a morning routine to see them help someone extend their stay ;) They genuinely care, and they are the heart of this place. I am normally not a dorm person, but I just loved the hanging beds, waking up to fresh air and daylight. Honestly the best sleep I have had in my life. Everything is super clean. Beds freshly made daily and bathrooms cleaned twice a day. Oh and the food is absolutely delicioussss. The location is perfect: quiet, away from busy streets, and just a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach on the island.

Taman Senang was the perfect villa for our stay on Gili Air. It completely exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, beauty and warm hospitality. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Everyone was so warm and friendly and Giday, the main person we interacted with, had a genuine smile every time we saw him. When we first checked in I mentioned how much I love the mangoes in Indonesia and within 10 minutes someone had gone to pick a mango from their tree and bring it to me cut up. They lent us their adapter since we didn't have one and offered their help with everything we needed. When my husband got sick they didn't hesitate to bring a ginger tea for his stomach and showed me exactly how to get to the clinic to pick up medicine. Every time we entered or left we were greeted by everyone and it felt like talking to old friends. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious and brought to our room everyday. The staff kept our patio area and villa impeccably clean daily, even collecting fallen flowers and leaves by hand. This villa was also in a perfect location, less than 5 minute walk to the beach in the west and 5 minutes to the main shops to the east but still felt secluded enough to be relaxing. There were a few delicious restaurants nearby as well as bicycle rentals just steps away from the villa. This place was by far my favorite stay of the three we visited during our honeymoon in Bali. The staff made everything so easy and we hope to return in the future.

Beautiful bungalows set in a garden that offers lots of privacy. You can chill on the front porch without seeing anyone. The breakfast is really really good, with fresh fruit, pancake and eggs. Plus the local coffee from Lombok is pretty good. The bungalow itself is spacious and has a very big bathroom. That one is a bit older, but everything works just find and it has solid water pressure. But the best part is Ozan the manager. He is extremely attentive and friendly and will help you with everything you need.
