Great value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, 10 minute walk to the monkey forest. Hotel staff organised a day tour for us and drove us to all the tourist attractions.

Everything was exceptional. We booked a villa with private pool, the room was impressive! Spacious, clean, luxurious and comfortable. The staff really do cater to your every need from entrance drinks on arrival right through to your check out. During our trip we also stayed at the Kempinski “Balis number 1 resort” but we believe the Kempinski has a lot to learn from Goya and their service and facilities. Hotel staff treated us like their family member. My son was sick during his stay and the hotel staff drove us to the nearest hospital and stayed with us for two hours while we are being medically examined. Last day we were almost scammed by a local driver with unfair taxi rate and they quickly arranged their driver to pick us up from the waterfall and drive us to canggu. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again next time we visit ubud. It will be our second home in ubud.
