Especially Les in the Bar that served us lunch. The suite we stayed in was fabulous and so comfortable. We got a complimentary upgrade - it was my birthday and I received fabulous bouquet of flowers and some fresh treats from the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious - staff as professional and helpful as expected. Lovely views during breakfast also.
