The hotel was fabulous, we were very lucky to be given a room upgrade and the room was amazing,, the staff were so attentive and friendly, had a lovely meal in the bar, the location is so peaceful. 10 out of 10!

The staff were so lovely from when we arrived to when we left, it was my husbands birthday and they were so kind they upgraded our room to a riverview room which made it extra special for us. I liked everything, everyone was so kind and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful it has been the third time we've stayed and we are planning more!

We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and a smooth, quick check in. Staff went above and beyond to arrange a taxi for us into the city. Spa and pool were a lovely area for a relax before heading home

Large suite given to us as part of an upgrade which was lovely. The food in the brassiere was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxed through the hotel.

Staff very nice and they upgraded us to a suite for our honeymoon, which was a very nice touch. Excellent breakfast. Nice front bar where we had a lovely lunch. Very central with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
