This was an amazing surprise. We were immediately upgraded to a beautiful double room with a view to the ocean. The staff was kind and we were assisted with anything we needed immediately despite the size of the hotel. The meal spreads were spectacular -- some of the most variety I've ever seen and also tasty. Staff in the childrens' play room were kind and helpful. The location was perfect to get to stores (the lower floor is a mall), the boardwalk, and restaurants. We were thrilled and hope to return.

We were met at reception by very friendly staff, and personally greeted by management. This is one of the nicest hotels in Eilat IMHO, the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome (right down to the housekeeping staff everyone is friendly and smiling). The room is super modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The entertainment system in the room is high quality and includes HOT, Netflix and YouTube, as well as info about the hotel, pool hours, Kashrus etc. The pool area is really nice. There is a shul on the premises. The whole hotel is kosher under Rabbanut Eilat, the dining room (we are dinner and breakfast there) is newly renovated, the food is excellent and well presented. And most importantly, the hotel is quiet!

This is not our first time staying in this place. As for those who like to spend most of the day on the beach, this is an ideal price-quality ratio. Clean rooms, equipped with everything you need. A beautiful courtyard where it’s nice to sit in the evening. The promenade area is 10 minutes away walking. Friendly staff, homely atmosphere, no problems with parking. We will definitely come back.
