We arrived in Jaisalmer at night tired and dirty from a long bus trip and were greeted with a big smile from Manu as he picked us up to go to the hotel. From the start all of our needs were delivered happily and we were treated as family. The Deluxe Suite that we stayed was sumptuous and large, the bed was soft and & the sitting area was comfortable. Bathroom facilities were clean, spacious and worked well. The only downside was that the flatscreen TV did not work. The restaurant is an amazing place to hang out night or day with comfortable daybeds and balconys to recline on. The food is delicious being expertly prepared by Khan and the boys at all times. Anything you need or want can be organised and the entire team happily help with any task. They were invaluable in helping us to easily wrap & send a large package home, usually a bit of a nightmare to complete. They also organised several daytrips for us to see the amazing sights of Jaisalmer and also run their own Desert camel safaris, where we camped out overnight in the desert (still providing beautiful meals and comfortable bedding). We were in Jaisalmer for 10 days to relax after some tiring weeks of travel up the mountains and we were not disappointed at all with the attention and care that was provided for us during our stay. The new good friends that we made of the staff was a highlight and we will be keeping in touch. I would not hesitate at all to stay at the Pol Haveli hotel & restaurant anytime that I am in Jaisalmer and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Amazing little hotel located in the fort, beautiful view of the city and the fort. Rooftop restaurant provided good meals and great views. In walkable distance from the parking space, from the palace and all the important landmarks. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, with luggage and earlier check in as well.

Great hotel walking distance from everything. Room was big with a great shower with plenty of hot water which is often a problem in India. The rooftop terrace was nice after a day of sightseeing. Trem the restaurant's chef cooked amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and provided recommendations on Jaisalmer's dishes to try. Hotel staff was amazing and picked me up at the train station for free.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The rooms are very nice and big. The food is very good, from breakfast to afternoon cakes and dinner on the rooftop. The manager Peter is very kind and professional, he's always attentive to everything and caring. He does his best so that the guests feel happy and like staying at home.
