The host was very polite and provided as all accommodations we needed with the kids. Very patient! The room for family was a little tight but we did not mind as we were there only for a night. Beds were comfortable. We booked the family room because we wanted a private bathroom and but the shower was not working, so we ended up using the shared showers downstairs but as there was no other guests, it was not an issue. Breakfast was nice and they kept it open as long as we wanted.

This boutique hotel is next to central Keflavik’s picturesque marina, 3.5 km from Keflavik Airport.

I have never stayed at a hotel with such friendly staff. They were super helpful and by far went above and beyond. They organised and paid for a taxi to the airport as our flight was so early before the shuttle was running. Pool was great, very clean and comfortable beds.

We are located in a walk-able downtown of Keflavík and only a mere 5-minute drive from KEF Keflavik International Airport. WiFI is available through out public space and guest rooms.

Room was spacious and well-equipped. People at the reception were the best, stepping in front of me to get the door. When I asked for a wake-up call, it was even asked if they could bang at my door in case of no answer! Restaurant felt warm, which is rare at airport hotels. Location was perfect for an early flight.

- the peaceful and cosy atmosphere of this little wooden hotel in the middle of nowehere - the kindness of the staff, who always did its best to meet my requirements - the restaurant : oh my god! Never ate so well in Iceland! - the room was quite big and comfortable - the view I really wanted to thank everyone for making me feel like home, I will definetely miss that feeling even after only two nights there, and Ill be back !:)

Loved our stay, made our holiday perfect bij placing a bottle of prosecco in de fridge. Easy self checkin, clean rooms, big TV, good kitchen and bathroom big enough.

Set 5 km from Blue Lagoon, Guesthouse Grund provides accommodation and free WiFi in Grindavík. Some units also have a kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave.
