Monica, an expectional host. Never have we ever met such an amazing person!!! On our first breakfast she made an omelette with prosciutto especially for us. This was so great. She ocassionally treated us to local italian delicacies, we really appreciated that. The place is really nice with a big terrace where you can tan, relax, have dinner. The room has all the necessities you might need. The b&b is also quite close to the supermercato, a bus stop. You can go to Ostia Antica and spend the day there, have lunch in small restaurants in via Clementina overlooking the sea. The surrounding area is very beautiful. We spent wonderful time at Monica's place, long to come back! Thank you so much once again.

This all came from our colleague who stayed there. she loved the location and the whole motif of the hotel. it was very homey and felt like you are outside the city. They loved how easy it was to get transport in and around the area. breakfast was lovely with a very good variety of dishes. all in all it was a lovely night for her while waiting for her flight. quite unexpected to say the least for a hotel near the airport.

The host is wonderful and the room is clean and cozy, the host gave some recommendations of value-for-money places to eat nearby which turned out to serve lovely Italian food. A nice breakfast was offered even though we had to have it earlier than the breakfast is formally scheduled.

The staff was absolutely lovely, everyone I met from the breakfast attendant, to reception and the housekeeper were kind and helpful. Location is perfect, right in front of the pier. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety!
