It exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Firstly, its location is perfect, just a 20-minute stroll from both the old and new part of the city, surrounded by a plethora of fantastic restaurants. The accommodation itself is charming and comfortable. What impressed us most was the thoughtful provision of a fully stocked fridge, available at any hour for a quick snack or beverage. It truly added a personalized touch to our stay. Lastly, Lorenzo, the host, deserves special mention. His warm welcome, thorough explanations, and the unexpected gift of a bottle of Prosecco made our experience truly memorable. In all my travels, I've rarely encountered such exceptional hospitality. it was amazing!! you have a whole apartment to yourself with all kinds of amenities you could think of. every day they restocked the snacks (crackers, cookies, etc.) and the beverages as well (coke, fanta, still and sparkling water, yogurt drinks). you also get jam and nutella. the apartment was 100% clean and i am very picky. we had a cute balcony to the courtyard, so it was very quiet. the lady at the reception was very kind as well, she helped us finding the right metro stations and just made us feel very welcome. and the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 15min walk to the duomo. 100% worth it!! I definitely recommend this amazing Aparthotel!
