Welcoming staff. Well appointed rooms that made imaginative use of space. Our suite had an excellent shower, in the bedroom area—-could be plus or minus! Large terrace that we couldn’t use due to weather but it has a great view. Breakfast was quite a spread….try the truffle, Parmesan and hazelnut fried egg! Excellent coffee drinks made to order. Fantastic wine tasting by Julia—we learned so much! E-bike tour was a blast but watch out for those hills!

Erica is a treasure! The room was spacious with a large bathroom, very clean and overlooking the main street leading to Alba centre. The breakfast is ample and served in the breakfast room. B'fast was made up of a good choice of cheeses, bread, cereals and local hams, nuts, omelets, etc which was a great start to the day. Erica is very helpful and goes beyond what is expected to ensure her guests are comfortable and looked after. I would recommend Le Albarelle to anyone looking for a personalised experience with a lovely host.

What a wonderful place. The suite was fantastic - so was the wine!

Lovely stay in Barbaresco. Most friendly owners, everything just perfect. The room was equipped with all the things you usually miss, comfortable bed, enough hangers for all your clothes, shelves for shampoo and make up bag, towel hooks etc etc. The view from the terass… just wonderful.. good wines… the list could go on and on.. Our warmest recommendations, we will certainly be back! Thank you!
