I loved everything about this amazing place. Location cannot be more central as you are already in the palazzo on the square with the main landmark of the Parma. I was extremely lucky to live exactly in the room where I wanted to live, which I loved the most on the pictures. Have to say that it was very beautiful. Bed was great and it was SO quiet, - perfect to sleep well. Next great thing is breakfast in a cool bar nearby. Ladies at the reception were very helpful to book restaurants for dinner and call a taxi. Previously I stayed in four other hotels in Parma, but this one I considered the best.

Very good breakfast and very close to the railway station. The staff were incredibly helpful since I had an accident when I was there and we needed to extend our stay which 2 days which the hotel accommodated us for.

Location is brilliant. Our room in the newer wing felt new, clean, very spacious (it was not the basic category, but two hugher), silent. Kind staff. Beds comfy.
