It was really lovely, there was a small kitchen, dining area and lounge then a separate ensuite bathroom and large bedroom

The staff were lovely and could not do enough to help. The air con was good, the rooms had everything you needed and with a supermarket a few doors down and a catering van coming everyday to the lay-by across the road you are sorted. Breakfast was lovely. The pool clean and a very welcomed addition which we happily sat around in our down time. This place is a gem we would certainly come back to.

Breakfast was lovely, the hotel was peaceful, traditional and very relaxing. The pool area is just beautiful.Staff were just so amazing and accommodating, Francesca helped with all requests and was so kind.
Stayed with our toddler and our room was amazingly large and comfortable! We had an amazing stay

An exceptional location right by the lake, surrounded by magnificent trees - a perfect place to enjoy and relax by the pool…but also a good base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany.
The hotel has a lot of charm and a lovely ambience, a very good restaurant, nice rooms with comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the balcony. It's quiet, clean and well maintained and the staff is also very friendly and helpful… and our dog was welcome too!
We loved everything about this place…Highly recommended!
