Receptionist staff were very friendly, helpful to keep our luggage for few hours and effective for a fast check-in. They give us an upgrade to a junior suite with a view on the lake. Fantastic Spa with hammam, sauna, aromatic shower, recovery rooms, jacuzzi etc ... all included in the price ! Breakfast was very good with a huge choice and quality. And a parking on site free ...

Fantastic hotel - welcoming and helpful staff, excellent facilities, superb breakfast with plenty of choice, high standard of cleanliness and wonderful massage at the spa. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the bottle of wine too to celebrate my birthday - that was a lovely surprise in our room! :)

The hotel was great - we were warmly welcomed by the staff and received a free prosecco and snacks in the afternoon.
We received a small upgrade and had a really comfortable room - it was also very clean.
We visited the spa for 2 hours and it was very relaxing.
The breakfast offer was also great - we enjoyed it a lot and would have loved to stay longer!

Excellent hotel. Lovely room, friendly staff . Lots of nice touches from upgrade on arrival to cookies and sweets in room. Had the weather not rained we would have availed of the swim basket for use at pool. Breakfast choice phenomenal. Evening dinner also wonderful. Reception staff so helpful. Umbrellas at door which we made great use of. Excellent location.
