The B&B is in a perfect location in Orti gia. The room was spacious and extremely clean with a small balcony; beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a mini bar and a small kitchenette with a lot of amenities. The bathroom was big, clean and modern. We had daily cleaning and changing towels. The breakfast on the sunny terrace with a great view was outstanding. The hosts were extremely helpful and nice. One of the best B&B I've ever stayed at and it really exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it. Gracie mille!

This place deserves 11 stars! Ideal place to stay in Syracuse, very close to Neopolis, only 10 minutes of walk, close to Ortigia island, as well as to main bus stops. The room was very clean and tidy, breakfast was nice, and staff were amazing! The lady in the reception helped us a lot to plan our stay, she had pre-made lists and maps for many things you might need during your vacation. Very good value for money!

Luana welcomed us with a big smile and provided us with relevant information about the area, such as places to visit, restaurants and more. The place was well taken care of and the room was kept clean on a daily basis. It was a pleasure staying at Zenzero and Limone and we will definitely return in the near future.

Great location, big room with comfy bed and great bathroom. We had a great sleep as it’s quiet and very dark. The breakfast was great and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly! Would recommend to stay here.

The highlight of the room was our amazing host who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. Great location if you travel by car, lots of free parking right in front of the building. Walking distance from the Neapolis Archaeological Park. The old city center is a bit further, about 30 minutes, but very doable. The room is nice, tidy and overall just what you need.

Sebiana was EXCELLENT, giving a us wonderful advice for not only Syracuse and Ortigia but also Noto and Taormina. The property was stunning and we wish we had more time to spend there. If we don’t ever make it back we’ll certainly recommend this place to everyone we know

The hotel was wonderful…beds comfortable,lots of things to see in area and around the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with wide variety of food. This hotel was truly a treat
