Andrea is the kindness host we meet! He took played with our kids and took care about us with demonstration. He patiently gave us good tips about Bernina Railway and we even have the chance to spend time with him talking about life. I highly recommend staying at Ostello del Castello to everybody.

We was there on May 24. The location is right next to the Bernina train station. The interior design of this property is even more comfortable than what appears in the photos. This property pays great attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was prepared in sufficient portions for us Asians, and was delicious.

Very helpful at check in. When I asked for a kettle for the room, one was supplied without an issue. Breakfast included was very nice.

The whole experience was just perfect! The hosts were so accommodating, even providing pick-up and drop off at the station. Food was so good! The included breakfast was so filling, with all local items. Dinner was amazing and very reasonable prices. The room and whole building was authentically historic, and full of character, with modern plumbing and electrical. We were able to rent top quality e-bikes right on site for a day of exploring the beautiful region. The perfect site to enjoy our short stay in Italy!

We stayed for two nights in an attic room. The room, including the bathroom, had everything that we needed and was exceptionally clean. The service of all staff was excellent but Cristina, in particular, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!
