The room was amazing. It was spacious, clean and had everything you needed and more, it even had a jacuzzi bath! The hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

The rooms were amazing. One with a hot tub on the balcony with fabulous views of Mount Fuji. The other has a sauna, no view but a lovely large room. On the ‘free’ hakuna pass travel pass bus routes.

Loved the location with a great view of Mt Fuji and near some lovely gardens and an easy drive to the outlet centre.
The room was like a spa with its own sauna and jacuzzi bath.

The hotel kindly allowed me to check in a bit early and upgraded me automatically as there were few other guests. It was a lovely surprise.

Large spacious room and bathroom. Very nice balcony with amazing jacuzzi. Very clean and lovely staff.
