We had an incredible two-night stay with our family at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! They generously upgraded our room free of charge, which made our experience even more special. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a delightful mix of international and local cuisine, catering to all tastes. The host of the hotel is truly a professional! He was very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. His warm and attentive approach made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and excellent amenities. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and even a tea and coffee set. Cleanliness throughout the room and hotel was top-notch. The hotel is ideally located — within walking distance of major attractions, shops, and restaurants. This made it very easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the local atmosphere without any hassle.

The staff were brilliant, the breakfasts delicious, very welcoming. Fantastic views of the city and surrounding areas. Would have liked to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Highly recommend 36 b&b.

I had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the free refillable water, the lovely pool, and that both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. There’s also a laundry service available. The location is very quiet and peaceful—just a bit further from the city center, but definitely worth it for the relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Mountbatten Bungalows was perfect. We came at a full rest after touring Sri Lanka for about 2 weeks at the breathtaking (shaded ;-)) pool, in the beautiful garden and during the lovely diners/breakfast outside. The staff and management was very friendly and the chalets very comfortable.

The building looks nice and cozy, with comfortable sitting areas in the lobby and the terrace, with beautiful plants and vegetation around the house, quiet neighborhood and good view. The communication with the host was effective, and he has helpful with information about what to visit. The room was clean and comfortable.

I like everithing in this place. In nature, fresh air, no mosquitoes. Facilities were great with comfortable rooms, delicious food and other facilities. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. Very clean everything. Free water for drink. Every time they try to find the best things for me. Was like in familly. Everybofy must trgy a place like this. Wonderful.
