Excellent location, hotel & services & restaurants. Spacious and comfortable room. Staff was mostly very kind, smiling and helpful. Lovely seaside view and walking distance to shopping street & fe Frida Kahlo museum at Playa del Carmen. North beach was good for relaxing at day time.

The beachfront location is fantastic. We booked the Ocean front studio on the 2nd floor. It had a lovely balcony with a hammock to relax in. The kitchen in the unit was very handy. The room was spacious and very comfortable with loads of storage. Surrounded by loads of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The hotel was very quiet. A very relaxing stay. Xplor Park was a lot of fun if you like the water and zip lining.

The property was amazing- fitted out to a luxurious standard. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the organic toiletries lovely. The view of the trees in the courtyard from the pool was lovely and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. The location was great and the staff really helpful.
