Fantastic location along the beach in Zona Romantica. We really liked that we had direct access to the beach plus a private pool with sun-beds. Most of the staff were lovely, especially Noemi at reception and all the housekeeping staff. The aforementioned were fabulous in helping to reunite us with some lost property when we swapped rooms. The bedding was also so comfortable, we had some of the best sleeps in this hotel.

It was very pretty and authentic! The lovely staff upgraded our double room to a suite which we were so thankful for (we didn’t even ask them to, they just did it!). It’s situated on the coolest little street in PV, if you stay you have to try the Al Pastor tacos at Pancho’s Takos down the street! Our room had a massive fridge and really great air con. If we came back, we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin. We came from a different hotel that had lost power during the hurricane. Walking into the Westin, we felt like we were in complete luxury. The staff was so warm and kind, our room was ready early which was amazing, and we got to enjoy a few days by the pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we loved the cocktails from the poolside bar. Our room had a beautiful view. Overall just an amazing stay! If you’re looking for a very relaxing stay in PV, this would be it!
