The staff is so kind. No one was ever grumpy. This is so rare. I did not see a single grumpy person within 10 days. The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star hotel I think.

1. Room was clean, comfortable overall except at the corner of the table a bit dirty. Spacious balcony to relax at night. 2. The facilities provided by hotel was good 3. The pool was very big and just like the pictures. The resort itself has 3 restaurants on site which was great.
