When we arrived the flat we were taken to was not the same as in the booking photos and there were no opening windows in the bedrooms. However the lady that did our check in was very helpful and professional and moved us to another flat that was excellent. Her friendly and helpful approach made our day. The flat we finally stayed in was excellent. Quiet, very clean, very comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal. Overall a perfect stay!

The staff were extremely helpful, and the services were top notch. Our family made use of the late night gym pool sauna and spa times, and the kitchen facilities in our room. The room was comfortable. And warm, and we will definately be back here next time we are in Wellington

We loved our stay, great hotel, great value for money as well. Rooms look new, kitchen has all the cooking utensils, there's washer and dryer as well like staying in a very nice apartment right in the city centre, highly recommend!
