All the hotel staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. A beautiful hotel with great facilities, very clean, and best breakfast we’ve had so far. They even accommodated us to have a very late check out and organised a taxi for us to take us to the night bus. 100% would come back here, if for the service alone.

Very pleasant stay, clean and convenient. The courtyard was beautiful and perfect to drink some tea in the morning. Free breakfast was good too.

We liked everything about this hotel. The service and the breakfast deserve 5*. Rooms are good size and clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable. There is hot water always and it was warm enough. There is a heater in the rooms, but we didn’t need it.

We stayed here for 5 days. It's close to the main square and still in a quiet neighborhood, so very peaceful. The staff's customer service is excellent. They are prepared and willing to go beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The breakfast spread with fresh fruit, natural juices, and yogurt amongst other choices was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay at Cusco.

Terrific location - minutes from the main plaza. Very quiet at night. Big, comfortable bed and fantastically hot shower. Delicious organic breakfast. The staff were absolutely beautiful people!
