The location of the hotel is excellent. A few steps near the buses to the site. And the best thing is the staff. They make the stay great. They were waiting for us at the train station. And they escorted us to the train at the end. They helped me with everything I wanted. They arranged a wheelchair for me in advance. They helped me realize my mother's dream and I thank them for that.

The staff were really lovely. So many little touches - perfect for one night visiting Aguas Caliente. They allowed us to hang out after we had been to Machu Picchu after we had checked out for our train which was a whole lot nicer than waiting in the station :)

Found this hotel while planning a trip to Machu Picchu for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was magical! Not too far off the main square in Aguas Calientes, and it felt like we were the only people there. We booked the room all the way at the top with the balcony, which was a litte extra, and worth every penny. We were very pleased with the stay. The staff was responsive and helpful, and breakfast in the morning was great. It was exactly what we needed for an intimate getaway spot, and I would return without hesitation.
