Cleanliness was excellent which is very rare in most of 3 star saudi hotels. Staff specially Mr. Murad at front desk is so cooperative and polite. Location is calm and cool although near by populated area for greocery and restaurants is bit rushy and close to main road of kingdom tower. Vast area for parking available. Underground hotel parking is also available.
