The location was excellent being so close to the subway, a beautiful market, and downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way.

We splashed out on a junior suite with river view which felt really spacious and had a great view of Manhattan. We all loved the pool and gym which opened at 5am, perfect for Brits on confused time zones.

The apartment was spacious and had everything you need for a fantastic stay in Manhatten. Subway 2 minute walk, coffee shop and great restaurants all colocated in the building. Nice and pleasant hotel in a perfect location. The area is calm, safe and yet full of restaurants and bars. It is easy to get to mid and uptown and also to Brooklyn. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel.

Great central location but away from hectic city center and 2mins from central park. The room was spacious, well cleaned everyday. Soft towels, good toiletries and a great shower. Nice linen on a really comfy super king size bed. The room temperature was great even though the temperature in New York fluctuated a lot while we were there. There is no bar or restaurant on site but lots of places to eat and drink on the same street as the hotel.
