Accessibility to the parks. Universal express with the stay was an additional bonus.
The style and design of the hotel was exceptional. Staff in the Hotel were attentive and pleasant.
From the checking in staff, luggage services and ticketing service all within the lobby area.
Rooms spacious and clean and tidy.
Great stay for a short visit to upgrade universal tickets but to stay in a piece of luxury very close by.

Very good value for money. The pool and jacuzzi were in very good shape and enjoyable - lovely that they were open late after a long day out. We also liked sitting in the courtyard by the firepit. Altogether it was nicer than we expected.
