This was possibly the best place we stayed on our trip. It was beautiful and the chalet by the water was perfect. Loved the free-to-use watersport equipment and we went for a paddle and a swim, despite the rain. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and had everything you could want. Wish we could have stayed much longer.

Our best accommodation in South Africa. The view in the common room, on the terrace (we even saw dolphins) and in the room (Elephant room) is incredible and stunning. The heads view point is very close. The service was outstanding. Deborah, Crystal and the whole team were so friendly, made great trip suggestions and even made the reservation for us. We will definitely recommend the guest house.

Where do we start? The fact we booked a return visit within the same 3 week holiday says it all. From the moment we got there the excellent team at The Lofts Boutique couldn’t do enough for us. From activity recommendations, restaurant reservations or just helpful advice on our holiday as a whole, Allan and the team did it all. The hotel and rooms are just beautiful and the team have thought of all the finishing touches to make your stay effortless. The main and most important thing to us is that the team actually cared and you could tell from the excellent standards they had in every aspect of their service. A very friendly welcome on arrival even though we were rather late. The interior of the house is beautifully modern with a large balcony and swimming pool. The bedroom was spacious and had a large shower, bath, comfortable king-sized bed, and private balcony. Breakfast was delicious, and we watched it being made as the kitchen is open plan and can be seen from the dining area. Everything was sparkling clean. The guesthouse is also in close proximity to the Eastern Head with its breathtaking views as well as being close to the Waterfront. Will return on our next visit to Knysna. Thank you for the hospitality :)

Amazing hotel with great view. The room included a large kitchen, which was very important to us. Very friendly stuff and great breakfast! A bonus was to be so close to the beach. The room also contained private entrance to the pool
