The location is within reach to shopping centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Receptionist Ruth, being at the front door of the company, you have all the qualities to be there. Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit.
