We were welcomed at the reception by very kind and attentive staff, and this warmth continued throughout our entire stay. Every single employee was genuinely polite and helpful. The food was delicious and varied. Each day offered something different, and everything was full of flavor. I don’t usually eat desserts, but here I tried a few and they were outstanding — especially the pistachio one. It was refreshing and absolutely worth trying! The pool, the beach, and all the facilities were excellent. We also received a very spacious room with a sea view at no extra charge, which was a wonderful surprise. Everything was just right, from start to finish, and I truly recommend this hotel with confidence.

The resort is next door to Dreamland Aquapark which is only 1 km away. A place for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is clean. The food at Backwaters is good and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful vacation. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation.
