All the recommendations from Marlyn were excellent culminating in our Gaucho trip with Adrian (@www.horsetrekandes.com/ to the Andes, a fantastic experience at 8000 feet on horseback and completed with the ultimate asado experience compliments of Gaucho head chef Daniel….) not to be bettered. We had the most wonderful stay during our honeymoon. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well equipped, the staff are excellent, the restaurant wonderful and the complimentary activities such as horse riding added to the experience. There is a generosity of spirit in the management which shows in the finer details and gestures, such as wine, treats and personalised notes sent to the room.

Posada Salentein is located in Valle de Uco in Tunuyán offering free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and splendid views of the views of the mountains and vineyards. The location is secluded with a scenic drive from the street to the posada, beautiful setting and personal greeting from the staff once I arrived.
