Bariloche’s Civic Centre is 2.5 km away. Our room was big, comfortable and clean! Everything about it was great! Breakfast had a nice variety. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious. We used the pool. Gym was decent. We would have used the sauna as well if we had more time. Staff was very helpful. About 30min walk to the main square. Nice location as you can explore the surroundings in either direction.

Beautiful place and very kind owner and family. I had been riding my motorcycle all day and arrived having only eaten 2 slices of toast at breakfast. The owner let me use the kitchen to make scrambled eggs and tea. Wonderful room, shower and gardens. Highly recommended.

Antu Kuyen has cosy rooms with light wood furnishings, flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms with bath tubs. All rooms are equipped with heating. Some rooms feature views of the Nahuel Huapi lake. I loved this accommodation. The breakfast was lovely, and the building itself was lovely. The staff were honestly the kindest people I have ever met. It was also very safe. There are cameras and locked doors throughout the entire location; not that Bariloche seems like an unsafe place, but it just added that extra sense of security. It was a very clean and well-kept location. The cherry on top was the goodie bag of treats that was left for us early in the morning as we had to leave for the airport at 5 AM. Just too sweet.

She not only took care of our room, she answered any questions we had and even some Argentinian cultural customs like how to properly drink mate :) The location is centrally located to town, 5m walk so you can attend Feria Artesanal, sample all the food and craft beers without having to drive (zero alcohol tolerance law here). Speaking of car, you can park inside of her courtyard behind locked gate so it is very secure. Property is nice and clean and well kept both inside and outside. Finally the tourism office is few minutes away which makes Cabañas Tunquelen an easy launch point for all your outdoor adventures from El Bolsón!!!

The accommodation in La Ponderosa features fully equipped kitchens, heating and TVs. Daily maid service is included. It was an average staying. The apartment was big enough for our entire family of 4 (but it would host up 7 or 8 easily) and was very cozy and warm. It was not far nor near from downtown. It was 5 to 10 min from downtown.
