I absolutely loved this place. It is right above/next Stokes Beach, which was voted best beach in 2023, and has some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. When you have breakfast, kangaroos are hopping everywhere around your window (if you prefer to eat indoors). There are koalas in the trees a bit further and at dawn the wallabies come out. The owners make sure you have everything and even let us hand feed the kangaroos. I really enjoyed the silence of nature at night, this was my best sleep on my Australian travels (amazing blanket and pillow as well).

Lovely chalet in beautiful surroundings with spectacular wildlife. Very close to wonderful beaches and outstanding Kangaroo Island national park highlights. The chalets were well spaced out and the park was quiet and peaceful. We loved it.

the location was great, and the flexibility of a self-service breakfast is a good concept, with juice, toast, eggs, yoghurt available if you wanted. This was particularly useful as there are no nearby shops.
There was a relaxed feel to the place.

The cottage was in a great wildlife area. We were greeted with lots of kangaroos in the evening. The views were amazing, the location was very quiet. The cottage was a good size with a lovely open plan kitchen, diner & lounge. The hosts had left a bottle of wine and some kangaroo island honey. Nothing was too much trouble. The balcony was lovely, especially to sit and relax and enjoy the views. The beach was a hidden gem, very quiet, clean and safe. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy wildlife.
