The room was spacious and super comfortable—perfect for a family. It’s very kid-friendly, which made everything easier. The spa was amazing, and the views of the majestic mountains were simply stunning. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and had that comforting, homemade taste. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

The spa area includes different types of saunas, a hot tub, a steam bath and a relaxation area. Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. Apartments are big and clean. Also the pool & spa are clean and nice and generously free. The breakfast buffet is very very rich, with a wide variety . There is plenty of parking (hotel parking)

Everything was perfect Spa was excellent Super clean

Rooms include a flat-screen TV. Certain units have a seating area where you can relax. You will find a kettle in the room. Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. Extras include bath robes, slippers and free toiletries. Superior rooms feature a spa bath or a hot tub. Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.

Quite good located and stuff was quite helpful

A buffet breakfast, as well as other meals can be enjoyed at a tavern located 500 metres away. A garden and terrace where guest can relax are featured on site. Skiing equipment can be hired on site. This is a marvelous find. The room is good sized, comfortable, spotless and has a view of the beautiful garden. The owners are amazingly kind and welcoming people, and will try their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast was super tasty and fresh, all home made. The house is walking distance from the old town, and has ample parking. The owner speaks excellent English and has wide knowledge regarding attractions and things to do, including hiking and spa locations. Do consult with him. All in all, the best value for money we had during our 4 week travel in Bulgaria so far. Highly recommended!!

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available and the garden comes with a free hot tub. We absolutely loved the place. It was so cozy, warm, clean, decorated with Christmas ornaments so it felt like a fairytale. Parking is available on the spot, delicious breakfast and a sauna. Hosts are friendly. The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Bansko Municipality. Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.
