First of all the location is amazing! it’s in the city centre and in very close proximity to the Danube river and the two parks of the city! Both me and my wife were very pleased with the restaurant the food was amazing and the staff did everything they could to cater to our every need! The owners were very polite and gave us suggestions on where to take walks! The room that we were in was also clean and spacious! Overall great experience and would definitely come again and recommend!

The customer service at the Dunav is exceptional! All the staff are extremely helpful ........everyone on reception and the porter. We want to say a huge thank in particular to the manager who helped us so much. He always took the time to answer questions and meet our needs even though he was so busy. Thank you! Great renovated hotel. Everything was excellent. We had a studio for three with a small lounge, bath room was excellent, beds were very good. The parking is in front of the hotel. We arrived very late, at 1 am, we called in advance to tell about it, but it was not a problem, night receptionist was very nice . The hotel is right outside the old centrum core. Breakfast was also very good in a beautiful lounge.
