The hotel is located in the center of the city. It is very clean , the room was spacious with new,modern furniture. The balcony was overlooking the inner yard so the room was very quiet. We had air conditioning in the room which was uswful in the summer heat.

The question is, what did we not like.
The location was wonderful to start hikes.
Our hosts were unbelievable caring and sympathetic.
The self-made breakfast was incredibly delicious.
The room was really big with a beautiful view into the mountains.

Good location for Buzludhza and the local monuments. Fab owners who are incredibly helpful and breakfast is lovely. The garden and pool would be lovely in summer after a day of hiking.

Very nice hotel and big rooms. There was a private jacuzzi in the room. Stuff was nice. The hotel is on the main street and you can get to most places within 10 minutes of walk.
