Enjoying a location only metres away from a private beach area with free sun loungers and parasols and in a quiet part of Golden Sands. We booked a room with "Park view" but when we got to our room we noticed we had a upgrade and had a room with beach & sea view! This started better than we thought, we were welcomed by the manager Nicolai and he made us feel right at home and said "If you have any questions please ask me or the staff" At the reception the girls Selin, Gerigana, Ivon and Yoanna had an answer on every question we asked and their knowledge was excellent. Because my partner is a celiac we were introduced to the restaurant manager Petur and he showed her around the restaurant which food she could and could not eat (everything is nicely written down on little signs above the food, like Vegan, Gluten etc etc...) The hostess Neli and her staff escorted us to our table and already knew my partner could only have gluten free food. Sylvia is a excellent hostess and took care of us and our wishes in the restaurant, we really felt at home here. There were a la carte restaurants in the Hotel and all you had to do is reserve in advance and you could get a table, our Italian dinner was really nice and well presented, like you were in Italy! The Sauna's were good and hot, just what you expect. We can recommend this hotel to everyone, it's at the end of the boulevard so it's not so loud and you can enjoy a good nights sleep.

Pavel was so accommodating and interested in our needs as tourists. Location was close to everything. We loved the sea garden and the mall and the directions from Pavel were so helpful. Der Complex Maxim - sea view and free parking befindet sich im Sea Garden, 400 m vom nächsten Strand entfernt. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the sea garden. A fantastic place for families with young children. The kidds could jump on the trampoline and play in a little tree house while we were enjoying a coffee. Paula was a lovely host. Ready to help with anything we needed.

The rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the towels changed and the personal really nice! The confort is there, the beach is nice, the sunbeds also. The only thing that was not ok for us is the ventilation, in the rooms and in the restaurant, it is really cold and we cought a cold because of them, the ones in the room are in front of the bed and you cannot stay without, but, with it the air blows in your head.

Svetla war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alle Paar Tage Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, die übrigens schneeweiß sind. Es war alles sauber und für den Preis besser als erwartet. In der überdachten Sommerküche kann man selbst kochen, Kaffee machen etc. , draußen sitzen, essen. Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, Kühlschrank vorhanden.

I honestly was worried at the beginning after reading some reviews from some people, but I loved our vacation at Admiral. It’s true that the additional services like sauna or massage are paid extra but this is absolutely normal. The front beach location is perfect, the outdoor pool is clean and calm, the indoor spa space is relaxing and quite, the food is fine, the cocktails from the bar are very good, the Piano evenings are relaxing, everything was excellent! I recommend it and don’t believe all the reviews, the beauty is the eye of the beholder!
