Not only is it comfortable and convenient, being adjacent to a shopping centre meeting all needs including multiple food options, but the staff were just superb in their eagerness to make us feel welcome and valued. Special thanks to Michelle, reception, and Julius, our ‘go to’ man who seemed to be always there with assistance, advice and a smile. I wish I knew all staff names because all the restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond too in welcoming and caring for us, and housekeeping is absolutely spot on.
