Rooms are spacious and clean, everything works great, and the staff will go the extra mile to make your stay an excellent one. There's an entrance directly into the Mall, so you can easily go dine or shop.
Breakfast has many options, from fresh fruit to cheeses and coffee. All very tasty and well thought.

We were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Inside it has quite a few rooms, the wooden doors have nice design details from the Amazon and some walls are nicely painted. The rooms were very clean, the bed was large and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There was everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also delicious with fruit, bread, eggs, tapioca, açaí and cakes, coffee and juice. Very good value for money. The neighborhood may not be the best (especially at night) so I would use Uber for the main attractions.
Would stay there again.

The ship was lovely, cabin spacious and bed huge and comfortable. Cabin was serviced efficiently twice a day. Excellent food options. Lovely swimming pool, although jacuzzi stopped working during the trip.
All excursions happened on time and exactly as expected. Guides were knowledgable and trips were interesting.

Very comfortable rooms, with large bed, power showers, decent WiFi and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was very good; lots of variety and good coffee. The staff were all very friendly. A great place to relax after the jungle.
