Wonderfull place! Very nicely decorated large rooms with small built in kitchen area's.
Lots of small thinks make it really nice, like fresh flowers in the room.
Lots of very nice cafe's in the area too.
Highly recommended.

Françoise was so welcoming and kind. The room was lovely, spasious and clean. As was the bathroom and toilets. Very quiet location, yet near to everything.
A real bonus was an app that françoise emailed a link to. This gave us free bus travel and train travel and also entry to some museums. Handy for me as Ai have mobility problems and could use the bus to get up and down the hill.
Parking was free at the back of the property in a very quiet one way street.
Breakfast was really lovely, with croissants, toast, jams and marmalades, yogurts, muesli, ceareals and toppings: chia seeds, flax seeds and dried fruits. There were cheeses and smoked salmon and tea and coffee too.
Also can make tea and coffee anytime you like which is really lovely.
Also, the breakfast room overlooks three lovely painted houses and people going about their morning, almost like being in a film was magical.
Decor was all up together and interesting colours and features added to the ambiance.
All in all, brilliant place to stay. Reccommend wholeheartedly.
Beds were very comfortable, as were pillows and divets.
House was warm and cosy with underfloor heating.

Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!

across the road from railway station, so convenient & not noisy at all. lovely lake views from our room & big room. the transport card was brilliant & the funicular railways which were included in the card were such a great way to get around & buses also great.
