Situé dans un parc privé, au bord du lac de Lucerne, le Seehotel Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality occupe un bâtiment de 1870. Fabulous location. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and served in a lovely peaceful room with lake views.

I had such a wonderful time and the weather was glorious. The Wellness area was great and never too crowded. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had everything one might desire. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Super kind staff, we arrived late, everything was organized with welcome messages, etc. Room was small, but sufficient. Breakfast was ok, prosecco available as cherry on the cake. Walking distance to bars, public transport, cable car for hiking.

Excellent hotel in Siebnen, with a good restaurant, that had special offers for the hotel guests. I stayed there one night, and the room was nice and very clean! Breakfast was also very good!

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Monastery and shops and restaurants. It is also an easy walk to the train station. The staff was very helpful, whether it was a warm drink in the afternoon or helping us to get laundry done. We were very happy with our stay.

They explained well how to get to the hotel when coming from other places like Lucerne. The hotel has a beautiful view, especially from the Mineralbad hot springs. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel in the bar area and really enjoyed all of the food. Our server was engaging and friendly. The front desk workers were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave the mountain very early to catch the ferry back to Lucerne. They helped me figure out the time we had to leave the hotel in order to make it to our destination in time for our pre-planned event.

It's a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant. We stayed in the annexe which was very good, quiet and comfortable. Brunnen is a beautiful town and well worth a visit, the ferry is only a short walk away. We also had secure parking for our motorcycle.
