Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

The cabin is located in the center of Capitán Pastene and everything is easy to reach. It’s very spacious, clean and it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. In the restaurant you get a good breakfast to start the day with sufficient energy. Patricio and his staff are very kind and helpful. I’d definitely be back when visiting Capitán Pastene again.

Geweldige uitzicht, heerlijk rustig. Grote kamers en heerlijke bedden. Prima ontvangst. Ontbijt in kamer was prima. Parkeren naast de ingang.

Hotel CasaEstablo by DOT Boutique is gevestigd in een schilderachtig houten huis met een tuin met uitzicht op het Villarica-meer. Het beschikt over een zwembad en een hot tub. We enjoyed everything. Rooms were large and comfortable, hosts were wonderful, and views unbeatable. This is a true gem and a fantastic value for money.

Cabañas Ayalén con vista al Lago ligt in Pucón in de regio Araucanía, op 21 km van Villarrica – Pucón en biedt gratis WiFi, een barbecue, een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. The setting is great, very clean and well equipped. The on site owner is responsive and very helpful.

Hotel San Giorgio heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Capitán Pastene. We really enjoyed our stay as a couple at Hotel San Giorgio. We wish we would have planned to stay for more than just one night. The room was inviting and the bed was comfortable. The small balcony was a nice bonus. What makes this hotel special are the people. We were well received and enjoyed all of the interactions we had with the staff. We were able to visit the cinema, and encourage others to do the same, as well the museum. Capitan Pastene and Hotel San Giorgio are places to be treasured in Chile.

De Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge & Boutique heeft een grote tuin en een binnenzwembad en biedt huisjes met eigen kookgelegenheid en uitzicht op de vulkaan Villarrica. Lovely location in the hill, superb views of the volcano, sheep wondering around in the morning, nice breakfast and excellent fire-based heating system… really good for relaxing.
