Wifi also was fast.. The location is Perfect near enter and minutes from bus station.. We Have lovely time.. We reccomend this hostal for sure😊

They are equipped with heating, safety deposit boxes and private bathrooms with showers. Staff was absolutelly fantastic. All people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything. The hotel is very nice, perfect breakfast. If we come back, for sure to that hotel. Thank you!

Hotel Costaustralis in Puerto Natales is the ideal choice from which to know the many attractions of Patagonia and Torres del Paine National Park. Its location was excellent, close to town and the water and mountains. It was so well maintained and facilities were awesome.

The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
