Very comfortable room, with wonderful bed, perfect for resting after a long day of walking.
The hotel is beautiful, with wonderful views, including the spa, which was very complete and pleasant.
The reception and tour agency staff, and waiters were very kind and helpful, They were very kind, presenting us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food in the restaurant and bar was also very good.

Lovely, charming hotel in Torres del Paine with a spectacular view of the Paine Grande and Los Cuernos. Very clean and nicely decorated room offering biodegradable soap and shampoo. Both breakfast and dinner included many good choices. Fully recommended.

Location, view from the restaurant and room. Thank you for the upgrade to the superior room, which was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our toddler. The room was nice and warm, even heated floors in the bathroom was nice during late autumn, almost winter.
