Good location which is near to the old town, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast was delivered to my room. Very clean.

The location is perfect for visiting the village, walking distance but in a quiet area. The small garden is nice. There is swiming pool but we did not use we came in winter. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Quiet place, a bit aside from the Lipno central attractions- just 4 min ride, looks safety for kids, villa was equipped well, really clean, no wash machine in there, but it is presented as a self service near the reception. Very quiet village in the evening.
