I was unsure whether being alone on such a day was the right decision, but now I can say with full confidence that it absolutely was. I am truly happy I chose this place. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to make me feel seen and cared for. They acknowledged my birthday and allowed me an early check-in, which made a big difference in how my day unfolded. Their attention to detail and kindness were felt in everything, from how they communicated (especially important for travelers who might not speak the local language) to the way every part of the hotel was thoughtfully arranged. Despite the awful weather outside, the peaceful, cozy environment of the hotel, the attitude of the staff, and the beautiful little details, especially the amazing breakfast, all came together to make me feel calm, grounded, and incredibly grateful. The hotel is small, but in the best way everything is well organized, clean, and prepared with care. Every little thing is thoughtfully considered, and it’s in those little things that real happiness is hidden. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my birthday so memorable. The separate family spa is brilliant, it keeps the adult only spa quiet but is not lacking in its offering. Probably the best breakfast buffet and à la carte we have had. Dinner at the hotel was really good as well.

Owner/ Adolphine team are amazing people, and they were extremely accommodating with all our requests. We will surely be getting back again, around winter break next time.
