Von der in Assuan gelegenen Unterkunft Baba Dool aus erreichen Sie innerhalb von 24 km Aga Khan Mausoleum und innerhalb von 100 m Kitchener's Island. For me this place was perfect! Quiet, pretty clean (surely above Egyptian standard), hosted by a nice family, with a terrace and a view of the Nile. What else would you need... I highly recommend to everyone to stay in the Elephantine island so you can experience peace and quiet, and life of the native Nubian people. Baba Dool is a great choice.

I loved everything about the hotel: spacy well decorated room with stunning view, breakfast in historic 1902 restaurant, beautiful territory with a nice pool, staff is welcoming etc.

Obelisk Nile Hotel Aswan Resort is located on the Nile Corniche, just 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Aswan. All rooms have a garden view. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but we hoped to stay longer. The room was big, beautiful and comfortable. The view on the Nile was great.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my friends and I were so touched by our stay that I had to share. Despite arriving late at night, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with a welcome drink — such kindness! The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, water pressure and hot water were great, and everything was in top condition. The staff were incredibly friendly, and though we had to check out early, they thoughtfully packed us breakfast to-go. It was the best stay we had in Egypt — great value and an unforgettable experience. I’d love to come back next time I visit.
