The stay was amazing and they also upgraded me to pool view room. Many thanks to Mr. Amr and Mr. Mahmoud from the front desk to ensure everything was aligned. Also they allow me check in early. Took care of all my needs. Will definitely stay again with them.

This hotel has a quiet historic background. Many celebrities also stayed in this beautiful hotel. Location was next to pyramids. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were very comfy 😌. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Amal hostess in the restaurant was very curtyest and pleasant. she was looking after everyone so efficiently and promptly. Pool was very big and clean. Overall hotel was amazing.

The location is perfect, the hotel staff is super friendly and attentive! The rooms are big and very clean. I checked out of the hotel and forgot a significant amount of money in the safety deposit box. I contacted the property and they were able to locate the money, the staff is honest and I really appreciate them being able to help with the situation. Honestly any other hotel would’ve taken the money, but The Four Seasons showed me honestly and loyalty to their clients. THANK YOU!
