Thanks a lot to Mr shereef in the reception, he was so kind, helpful and always smiling which made him very different from his other colleges who were professional but not kind as he was. Also I would like to mention the kind Mrs Asma who is the door lady for her helpfulness and kindness and she was always smiling.

All rooms at The First Residence Cairo feature stylish colonial décor and panoramic city or Nile views. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a BOSE entertainment system and a DVD player. The Concierge Saleema was extremely good and proffessional, very helpful. The front office team was also very good. We really enjoyed the poolside bar and must get back soon.

Breakfast at The Blue Restaurant was exceptional—fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented, with service that was just as impressive as the food. The rooftop pool and spa were serene havens, perfect for relaxing while overlooking the Nile. In every way, the Kempinski Nile Hotel exceeded expectations. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail make it one of Cairo’s finest hotels. I can’t thank the team enough—especially Christina and Raneen—for making my stay so memorable.
