Upon arrival we were upgraded to a loft suite and given a tour of the facilities followed by a welcome drink whilst the check-in paperwork was completed. The staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities were good and the room was extremely clean. I would highly recommend.

The hotel reservation includes breakfast and dinner. I though it might be boring and have the same things everyday, but it's not. It's always varied, with a lot of options for everyone. Staff is super-friendly. The room was big and super clean. I loved it that it's small kind of villas next to each other with a beeautiful garden around it. It has a salt water pool (one for adults and another one for kids) and a great view over a cliff. One can have access to the ocean through some stairs directly from the hotel. The closest beach is 10 minutes away. I would recommend renting a car in Formentera to discover all the wonderful beaches. The hotel was really a nice setting for us, a family with kids. But was also perfect for friends travelling together or couples.
