The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke great English, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal with plenty of different options, the indoor/outdoor pool area was clean, the room was spotless, and a little extra bonus was having a bathtub for the kids. The walk to the beach was easy and hotel was close to many restaurants. Overall, we were impressed with everything and would highly recommend!

Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you! So very glad that we chose this hotel in this lovely charming town. The room was cleaned everyday and I loved the layout and design of the place. It was close to the lively part of town but still nicely tucked away in a quiet street which was perfect. Upon check in the host gave us a list of restaurant recommends and was always just a message away in case you need help. I actually needed to see a doctor on the trip to get prescription for medicine and the host immediately located two clinics I could go to. The bathroom was big and spacious with plenty of space on the counter. The bed was comfy with different pillows depending on your preference. Thank you for an amazing stay!
